I think Poe's genius hardly desires discussion on this forum.
So, I provide atiny low review on the physical book itself.
As another reviewer mentioned, there are not any annotations.
You will ought to translate (or realize on the Net) the Latin,
the French, etc., yourself, though you'll be able to skip them and
still perceive the story. i am no Poe scholar, so I don't
know that works, if any, were excluded from the book, but
all of my favorites are here ("The Tell Tale Heart," "The
Fall of the House of Usher," "The Raven," etc.) and a number of other
a lot of that I've never heard of till currently.
This is a solid volume, containing a number of the most effective short
stories ever written in English and i have enjoyed reading
them immensely.
